If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. We are committed to making sure our customers are satisfied, are confident with the level of service, and that your return will be handled as smoothly as possible.
Once we get your item(s) back it will be inspected, and either exchanged or refunded to the original form of payment. Any taxes incurred will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping fees unless the item(s) received are damaged or defective. If an item was received defective or damaged then the return shipping is at no charge to you. Please email us at [email protected] with an image of the damaged item(s) to receive a return shipping label. Items MUST be returned in its original state the items were sent to the buyer.
Returns with a gift receipt will be issued a store credit.
Items listed below are non refundable, can’t be returned and unfortunately won’t be given store credit.
